The Volunteer Development team recruits volunteers and participants for LimmudLA from all segments of the Los Angeles Jewish community
- Reach out to organizations in Southern California to bring in volunteers
- Coordinate "intake" process for new volunteers and matches them to team assignments
- Create opportunities for learning and socializing
- Plan and execute Volunteer Orientation Sessions
- Support volunteers and team leaders with skills they need to work more efficiently
- Create a schedule for 100+ at-conference volunteers
- Run volunteer training sessions at the conference
- Organize and coordinate volunteers at the conference
